Terms & Conditions
- New equipment purchased through SPS is under a manufacturer warranty.
- Refurbished equipment is covered by a six month product warranty.
- The prices offered to our customers are considered wholesale prices and therefore these prices will be given only to our existing customers or new customers who have joined SPS. SPS reserve the right to refuse to sell our product to any customer or other companies not processing through SPS.
- SPS will handle replacement of terminals or equipment sold directly with customer. Customer having an issue with a product sold will need to call 1800-676-4030 and advise our support help desk of the issue. Equipment found to be faulty will be tested over the phone. If a solution is not reached, our technical support staff will provide you with an RMA number. The customer will ship the equipment back for repair using the provided RMA number. Once the equipment is received and tested the customer will be advised of the repair required. The warranty does not cover any liquid damage or physical damage to the equipment. Once repaired the product will be shipped out to the customer. Shipping used is UPS ground, if you would like to have your product shipped overnight please be advised that UPS does charge more for overnight. The cost for overnight shipping will be paid for by the customer prior to shipping of the equipment.
- For added protection a customer may purchase the SPS Gold Plan. The SPS Gold Plan includes overnight terminal replacement protection. A replacement terminal will be shipped directly to the customer upon written notification by email of the issues. It does not cover liquid damage. The SPS Gold Plan is only available at the time of purchase.
- To return any equipment a customer must call in to request an RMA. All RMA numbers will be provided to customer via email. New and refurbished equipment returns must be done within thirty day from the original purchase date. The equipment must be received by SPS in new unopened condition. Customer will pay for the shipping fees required to return the New equipment. SPS charges a thirty percent restocking fee for any new equipment returned and fourty percent restocking fee for refurbished equipment returns
- SPS does not provided any return of funds for software purchase or for used equipment purchased through SPS.
