APRIVA Point of Sale is an end-to-end wireless POS payment processing solution with everything you need to get you up and running quicklyï¾—compact cordless credit card machine, software, and wide area wireless network access. APRIVA POS is built on top of the proven APRIVA Talk wireless architecture, delivering reliable, secure, and cost-efficient transaction processing with real-time reporting and centralized management tools.
The solution includes a RIM BlackBerry 850/950, APRIVA M500 Magcard Reader, APRIVA POS Software version 1.6, and wireless connectivity (Motient's DataTAC network for the 850 and Cingular's Mobitex network for the 950).
The APRIVA M500, when combined with the RIM BlackBerry 850/950, becomes a multi-functioning APRIVA wireless credit card machine. Now as a mobile merchant, you can take advantage of card-present swiped rates at the point of sale.
